eBay sellers attempting to print international labels using PayPal were running into problems this week.
An AuctionBytes reader reported the problem, explaining, "When I go to print an international label, it comes out all black - the domestic works fine." He said PayPal told him it does not support Internet Explorer 8, and advised the seller download an older version of Java on Oracle's website.
According to an eBay moderator in the Packaging and Shipping forum in a thread about the problem, eBay is in the final stages of testing International labels to be rendered in Adobe PDF instead of JAVA applet.
