Terapeak, the sole re-licensor of eBay data globally, announced the appointment of Kevin North to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. He joins Terapeak from Dyadem International (acquired by IHS Inc.), where he served as President and CEO.

Mr. North was recruited to establish Terapeak's U.S. headquarters in Silicon Valley and to leverage his experience building global operations through an aggressive sales and marketing model. North will be responsible for company vision, strategy, revenue growth and business operations and will be based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Terapeak Chairman Simon Chong said of the appointment, "In order to continue to scale our business and leverage our market leading position as the de facto standard for e-marketplace analytics, the timing is right to bring on a new Chief Executive Officer that can take this company to the next levels and Kevin is ideal for the role."

Terapeak provides custom insights and SaaS technology-enabled solutions to ecommerce merchants around the world. Currently aggregating over 20% of all online commerce sales data, Terapeak helps merchants make faster, more-profitable business decisions based on real-time market trends, pricing, and transaction data.
