Scanning Large Items

If you are trying to scan an image that is too big for your scanner, here's a tutorial from About.com that might help. Graphics Software Guide Sue Chastain explains how to scan the image in two parts and then "stitch" them together. Note: you have to have PhotoShop software to do this!
