In the last issue, I reviewed SquareTrade's online dispute resolution service (http://www.auctionbytes.com/Email_Newsletter/19/20/20.html#squaretrade). I would like to clarify the pricing structure. SquareTrade's online dispute resolution service is FREE to anyone on any online auction site that has a problem. It does not matter if the seller has a SquareTrade seal or not.
The SquareTrade seal means the seller has committed to following through with the dispute resolution process. If the seller does not have a seal, SquareTrade cannot guarantee that the seller will use the process.
