We recently celebrated our third year of publishing AuctionBytes. Over time, we've introduced various features to the site. This may be a good time to review some of the resources available to AuctionBytes readers.

AuctionBytes Discussion Forums
The AuctionBytes Discussion Forums have become popular and a great place to network with each other http://www.auctionbytes.com/forum/phpBB/index.php.

Cool Tools
The Cool Tools, found on the right margin of the home page, offers many resources, including charts of various types of auction services (auction sites, sniping tools, storefronts, auction-management tools and online payment services).

David's Interactive Auction Calendar
The auction calendar http://www.auctionbytes.com/Email_Newsletter/calendar/calendar.html helps sellers decide the best day to start and end an auction.

Collector's Resource Links
Kim Pierce created the ABBIE Resource Links for AuctionBytes http://abbie.auctionbytes.com, a wonderful resource for collectors. There are special Links Librarians in many of the categories, for more information and to learn how to become a Links Librarian, see http://abbie.auctionbytes.com/info.htm.

Auction News
AuctionBytes Newsflash is a free daily (Mon - Fri) newsletter covering news and announcements in the world of online auctions. Newsflash announces Free Listing Days, outages and technical problems, new products and services, fraud & hoax alerts, trends and other important news. News headlines can also be found at the top of the AuctionBytes home page each day.

Free Newsletters Archives
All articles from the AuctionBytes-Update twice-monthly newsletter and AuctionBytes Newsflash daily newsletter are online. Subscribe to these free email newsletters at http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abu.

The Buyers Market
Buyers Market is a classified advertising section http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/market where you can advertise your online auctions and your Web site, or you can sell a particular item. An ad costs $25 for an entire year, and you can go in and update the ad anytime you like.

Market Research Services
We offer consulting and market research to companies interested in learning more about online auction users. We recently wrapped up a survey for an online payment services company. Contact Ina Steiner for more information ina@auctionbytes.com.

eBook
We published our first eBook this month, "Snappy Auction Photos: The Online Auction Seller's Guide to Digital Photography," available on Amazon for $12.99 and on sale on Powells.com for $10.39: http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abu/y202/m11/abu0083/s06.

If you have suggestions for other features, please let us know by posting a note in the forums!
