6) AuctionContact Joins eBay Developer Network
By Ina Steiner
AuctionContact announced it has become an eBay Certified Developer. AuctionContact allows eBay sellers to inform their customers about new items they are offering. This is done through automatically generated emails that are sent to subscribed customers on a weekly basis. The e-newsletters contain a list of the seller's current auctions with end-dates and times, current prices and direct links to the auction pages. The service added two new features. Sellers can choose if they want their gallery pictures to appear in the newsletters. And sellers will be able to manually pick auctions they want to feature in the newsletter (if they don't, first 25 items will be picked automatically).
