There are certain things you can bank on this time of year: Northeasterners begin to grumble about winter (well I begin grumbling anyway), there's still a balance on the credit cards left over from the holidays, and AuctionBytes will run a survey, asking your opinion about the best time and day of the week to end an auction.

Well, this year is no different. Introducing, the 5th annual AuctionBytes "What's the Best Day to End an Auction" survey. Before anyone starts rolling their eyes, there are only three questions and one "comments" box. If the survey takes longer than 60 seconds for you to complete, we'll send you the next AuctionBytes-Update newsletter free.

What do we use this information for? We like to see how selling trends have changed over the years. We also use the results of the polling to modify our online auction calendar (http://www.auctionbytes.com/Email_Newsletter/calendar/calendar.html). The calendar incorporates our poll results, interviews with online auction sites and some empirical observation.

As always, we'll share the results with you in our next issue. So sharpen up your #2 pencils and go to: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=62824369838
