By Ina Steiner

Reminder: AuctionBytes does not endorse the products and services featured in the "This & That" column, which often features new Web sites. (Anyone can set up a Web site.) Swap sites seem to be coming into fashion. BarterBee.com allows users the unlimited trading of DVDs, CDs, and video games. "Conceptually, you could compare us to eBay meets NetFlix." Pricing is $4.95 per month for unlimited trading. http://www.barterbee.com

By Ina Steiner

eListas Networks has launched eGrupos.com, integrating email groups, online auctions and classified ads, and social networking tools. eListas say it is the leader of email group services (think Yahoo Groups or eBay Groups) for almost five years in Spain and other Spanish speaking countries, with over 20 million unique active users. Commercial clients include Yahoo Spain. eGrupos' marketplace area consists of auctions and classifieds, which are free to use. Anything users post for sale or auction on the site may be included for free as advertising at the bottom of the messages sent to the more than 25,000 email groups already hosted at eListas.
