Fast Photos Image-Editor for Online Auction Photos

I came across Fast Photos image-editing software by Pixby Software and have been using it for the last 2 months (http://www.pixby.com). It's aimed at the auction market and is simple, easy-to-use, and will save you time. It will help you edit your auctions photos professionally whether it is your first auction or you 1000th.

Fast Photos has many of the features of a more expensive image editor but has removed some of the features not necessary for the auction user. It is broken down into four major sections: A Start Page to give you an overview, a Thumbnail browser so you can find your images, an Image Editor to edit them and Publishing Wizard so you can upload them to the Internet.

Fast Photos can enhance your photos with a single click. It resizes to most of the popular auction sizes. You can resize your photos to 400 x 300, the standard eBay size. You can also record your steps for one photo and easily repeat them for your remaining photos. A list of features is available at http://www.pixby.com/features.html.

Fast Photos also allows you to watermark your photos. A watermark puts your name or slogan on the photo so your competition can't steal your photo and use it in their auctions. Picture theft happens too often on eBay, so it's a good idea to protect your images with a watermark.

One of the features I like about Fast Photos is its ability to upload to your FTP server. (Most image-editors do not have the ability to upload your images to a server.) If you host your own photos, it will seamlessly upload your images to your server. You can also use it with eBay's picture service.

Fast Photos is not the most robust image-editor, but it is more than adequate for your eBay photos. It will allow you to do more photos in less time than any other image editor. It also includes a lot of other features that are not included in a standard image editor, like FTP uploading, which simplifies your auction process.

Fast Photos costs $24.95 but comes with a free 21-day trial so you can try it before you buy. They also have a 30-day money back guarantee and email support. Minimum system requirements are: Windows 98 SE/ME/2000/XP, Internet Explorer 5 or later, 10 megabytes disk space or an FTP account for uploading images.

Give it a try, I am sure that it will become the editor of choice for your auction photos.
