Interesting tool at MSN Money allows you to see a summary of stock purchases and sales by top eBay executives and directors. I noticed it doesn't show all types of stock transactions (gifts of stock don't appear), you can see all SEC filings on the SEC Web site (http://www.sec.gov).

3) IRS Seeks to Audit More Small Businesses in 2005

Audits of small businesses (those with less than $10 million in assets) dropped to 7,290 in 2004 from 13,680 in 2003. The IRS Commissioner said he intends to increase the number of audits for small businesses in 2005 (http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=131282,00.html). The IRS has a section on its site for small businesses and self-employed at http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/index.html. You can search for forms and instructions, which are available in PDF files. AuctionBytes wrote about taxes in 2001:
