eBay introduced Accounting Assistant, a tool to export your eBay data to QuickBooks, an accounting program used by many small businesses. There is no charge for Accounting Assistant users who are eBay Stores Sellers and subscribers of Selling Manager, Selling Manager Pro, Seller's Assistant Basic or Seller's Assistant Pro. (You do have to pay for QuickBooks.) eBay's tool works with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, or Enterprise editions 2002, 2003, 2004, or 2005.

Users should note that this is a beta version, be very careful. If you have been an eBay seller, you know one glitch can wreak havoc. Make sure the program exports data correctly and back up your data frequently. http://pages.ebay.com/accountingassistant
