1) AuctionGenie for Mac Users

Luxcentral Enterprises announced the immediate availability of AuctionGenie 4.0. According to the press release, this is an advanced auction management software system that simplifies selling, bidding, and tracking activities for items listed on the eBay online trading web site. AuctionGenie is a native Mac OS X-based application and has been certified by eBay as an eBay Compatible Application. http://auctiongenie.luxcentral.com

2) Online-Auction Store Directory Launches

NetStoreSearch launched a new advertising directory to promote store sellers at online-auction venues. There is no charge to browse the directory and no registration is required. Founder Graham Warburton said there are nearly one thousand store links already in the directory. Human screeners check every store address submitted for inclusion. http://www.netstoresearch.com

3) Changes at Amazon: WebStores & Fulfillment, But No Zshops

Amazon launched two services for sellers last month: "WebStore by Amazon," a storefront offering, and "Fulfillment by Amazon," a fulfillment service. 5) IBS Launches eBay Business Intelligence Tool

6) Atlantique City Antique Fair

The Atlantique City antique fair takes place October 14-15 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The Fall 2006 edition continues Atlantique City's 20th anniversary celebration, which began at the show's Spring edition in March, by offering a special 20th anniversary VIP early admission ticket, which includes four hours of early buying on October 13.
