By Ina Steiner

3) eBay Retiring Sellers Assistant on April 4
By Ina Steiner
eBay sent a letter to Sellers Assistant subscribers informing them that "with the recent release of Blackthorne 3.1, eBay has set April 4, 2007 as the official date to retire Seller's Assistant. If you have not yet made the move to Blackthorne, we encourage you to do so now. Blackthorne 3.1 uses a fraction of the memory of earlier versions and now runs faster in networked environments. If you tried Blackthorne in the past and it performed slowly on your computer, we urge you to try it again."
