AuctionBytes Polls eBay Sellers on Online-Auction Issues

AuctionBytes is surveying online sellers to take a snapshot of the state of the online-auction industry. The results will be published in a future issue of AuctionBytes-Update. We first conducted this survey in September of 2006 and we want to see if things have changed, and if so, in what ways things have changed.

The survey will take a look at where online-auction sellers are currently listing products for sale, whether they have their own ecommerce website or Storefronts, and how significant their own sites are overall. Other issues to be tackled include online payments, phishing and account hijacking. This is also an opportunity for readers to give AuctionBytes feedback about what kinds of articles they would like to see covered and what issues are important to them.

We'll analyze the survey results, and then we'll compare them to last September's results.

The survey takes a few minutes to complete and is restricted to online sellers. Results will be published (in the aggregate) in a future issue of AuctionBytes-Update. You can complete the survey online at:
