Fraud has become widespread in the online auction world, and you should think twice before giving private information or User IDs and passwords to any third party.

4) Tip on Troubleshooting eBay Access Problems
By Ina Steiner
Occasionally someone will write telling me they cannot access eBay. If I can access it and haven't heard of any problems, I refer people to a 2-part article David wrote on how to troubleshoot the problem:

This happened recently, and the reader wrote back with an unusual solution - I thought I would pass it along in case anyone else ever has this problem:
"Everything on the internet worked for me including my e-mail and searches for e-bay but I was not able to get on e-bay. I even went to my lap tops encase I had a bug on my main computer but still no e-bay. Problem was the modem. I just unplugged it then plugged it back in and e-bay worked. Strange that everything else would work but not e-bay. "
5) eBay Radio Program
By Ina Steiner
