This & That: Online Auction Roundup
1) Boxaroo Helps Consumers Sell on eBay
By Ina Steiner

Reminder: AuctionBytes-Update does not endorse the products and services featured in the "This & That" column, which often features new Web sites. (Anyone can set up a Web site.) Fraud has become widespread in the online auction world, and you should think twice before giving private information or User IDs and passwords to any third party.

Matt Walsh, cofounder of a site for casual sellers called Boxaroo.com, writes: "We've built a service to make selling on eBay easier than it has even been before. We have a great listing tool backed with a database of products to build descriptions. You don't need a PayPal or eBay account as you sell under one of our accounts (we're soon allowing you to sell under your own eBay account as well). But the best part (we think) is that when the item sells we send you just the right box with some peanuts, tape and a prepaid label to take it to the buyer."
