3) ReplyManager Releases New Version

ReplyManager, an eBay compatible application, has released Version 4 of its email-management tool. New features include: HTML editing, multiple signatures, a new look, bulk delete of attachments, increased application speed, support for OpenID logins, spell check for 5 languages, and more. The tool is designed to help volume eBay sellers manage their email. Response times are cut in half with autoresponders and standard reply selections and it offers multiple language support.

4) eBay Workshop on Selling with Paperless Payments

Starting October 20, eBay sellers will need to offer credit card payments through an Internet merchant account, PayPal, or ProPay, all of which will be integrated into checkout in early 2009. eBay is holding an online workshop on the new policy on October 14, 2008, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Pacific time.
