2) Seller Machine Helps with eBay Customer Communication
By Ina Steiner
BengalOne's Seller Machine is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool streamlining and increasing communication between eBay sellers and buyers. Developed by an eBay PowerSeller, Seller Machine said it enables eBay sellers to build strong relationships with buyers, resulting in higher DSR scores through constant communication with buyers; identifying repeat buyers, threaded eBay email messages; and auto tracking of USPS packages. E. J. Bantz of Seller Machine told AuctionBytes, "So far, sellers seem to really like the product. But it is really best for the sellers that care about their customers to begin with. This is just a tool for a seller use and is not a magic bullet."
