Online Auction site JustBeads.com is back online. The site crashed in December, and the founders spent months rebuilding the site. This virtual community for beaders, started in 1999, is back online!

2) Amazon to Keynote at SCOE Seller Conference

Amazon Vice President of Seller Services Peter Faricy will give the keynote address at the Sellers' Conference for Online Entrepreneurs (SCOE) this year. The conference, billing itself as "the independent conference for entrepreneurs who utilize Amazon.com as a sales channel," will take place July 10-13, 2009 in Seattle, Washington.

3) Using Classifieds: Tips for eBay Sellers

Oodle recently wrote that its support team had been receiving an influx of questions from eBay sellers who were posting an online classified for first time. As a result, they published some tips to help them better navigate and leverage the buying and selling process using online classifieds sites, which you can find here. Here's a roundup of news articles about online auction sites and ecommerce marketplaces from recent issues of the AuctionBytes Newsflash newsletter. GoAntiques announced it was exiting online auctions. SeeAuctions added a "Make an Offer feature, and the SOC Exchange launched a referral promotion.
Bonanzle added product attributes and international shipping filters, and eBid readied its Ninja Lister software. Etsy added the ability to sort search results by relevancy. Alibris expanded its fulfillment service for booksellers
Alibaba is giving $100,000 in grants to U.S. entrepreneurs, and Etsy is running a "Handmade Moment" video contest.
5) Vzaar Launches Affiliate Program for Ecommerce Publishers

Vzaar, which powers video listings for eBay sellers, is looking for ecommerce publishers to join its new affiliate program. Publisher compensation ranges from $3 to $200, depending on the package chosen. Vzaar's Jamie Parkins said the program will help publishers who regularly attract eBay seller earn some extra revenue, email Jamie at affiliates@vzaar.com for further details.
