eBay Rolls out Top Rated Seller Program
eBay sellers are going into the holiday shopping season facing a number of changes to the way search works. In addition, shoppers will no longer see PowerSeller badges, but they will see a new Top Rated Seller badge as part of a new program eBay launched last week.
