Survey Reveals eBay Sellers Still Disenchanted with Top Rated Seller Program
AuctionBytes conducted a survey in December to determine how eBay sellers viewed the Top Rated Seller program and changes to search 2 months after the programs rolled out. We then compared the December results with an identical survey conducted in October, when the changes first rolled out to the site. Despite having two months to see the effects on their listings and sales, respondents' opinions varied very little.
