Ina,
Does eBay assess small seller satisfaction? The site is unbalanced. We won an eBay dispute proving delivery of an item, and we still received a negative feedback from the customer saying he never received it. What else can a small seller do? Their DSR system is setup for small seller failure.

Hi Ina!
A few weeks ago I reported that my Alibris books sales are taking off!! Slowly but surely Alibris is catching up to my ebay book sales. Alibris has been 27% of my sales for February and ebay only 43%. Altogether my book sales are 25-30% higher than last year. This took me by surprise as ebay has always been more than 50% of my total sales.

Ina,
There is one thing I would like to point out about your story this morning concerning the PayPal policy updates. A few years ago, PayPal made a change regarding the policy updates link. They removed the date next to the link. I can only guess that they wanted fewer people to notice the updates.
