eBay expanded the launch of its new Seller Dashboard, making it available to all sellers with at least ten Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs). The dashboard is designed to help sellers monitor their performance, which is now tied to search rankings, discounts and PowerSeller eligibility.

The Seller Dashboard consists of seven modules. The Detailed Seller Ratings module includes a rolling 30-day DSR average and 12-month DSR scores, displayed to the hundredth of a point, and how those DSRs compare with an average seller on the site.

The Search Standing module indicates whether listings are eligible to be raised in the Best Match sort order based on DSRs and overall buyer satisfaction rating, or whether they're at risk of being lowered.

The PowerSeller Status module indicates PowerSeller status, and what a seller needs in order to reach the next level. Non-PowerSeller will see how close they are to qualifying for the program.

The PowerSeller Discounts module show the discount received on the last invoice and monitors progress towards the next discount.

The Account Status module contains billing information, including balance and payment status.

The Policy Compliance module displays alerts about policy violations, as well as existing, pending or potential eBay sanctions - and in some cases, what sellers need to do to remedy the situation.

The Buyer Satisfaction module displays a "composite measure of the experience sellers have provided for their buyers." The score is based on DSR scores, negative and neutral feedback received, and Buyer Protection claims filed by buyers.

eBay is hosting an online workshop on June 5 to answer questions about the new dashboard.
