Chinese media outlets report that Alibaba.com will invest $30 million in international advertising to help maintain its growth with helping connect Chinese suppliers with foreign customers. Ads on television stations including CNBC, CNN and Fox will run through the end of November 2008, according to ChinaTechNews .
Wei Zhe, CEO of the Alibaba.com, said people still need daily necessities, and the demand for Chinese-made basic products such as textile products and light industrial products will remain high.
