Reading AuctionBytes: Alibris Launches Redesigned Web Site for Libraries
|
Alibris launched a redesigned and enhanced Alibris for Libraries website designed to assist thousands of librarians around the world with their acquisition and collection development needs. The new library website improvements included enhanced movie and music offerings, easier access to 100 million items, new multi-ISBN search functionality and improved Collection Reports service.
Alibris President and CEO Brian Elliott said, "Libraries are still able to stretch their budgets by turning to Alibris for Libraries, where they will not only be provided with consolidated free shipping, purchase order capabilities, and a dedicated library services team, but will also spend less time searching for new and used books, music, and movies, and can have their search results presented as best-price bundles."
