eBay is holding a promotion on certain listings for sellers. Through March 28, listings for Cell Phones and PDAs that use product details (pre-filled item information) will cost 5 cents in listing fees. The promotion applies to both Auction-style and Fixed Price listings, accessories are not included. All other fees apply, see website for details and restrictions.
