PayPal has designed a new layout that buyers and sellers will see when they log in to the service. PayPal spokesperson Charlotte Hill said PayPal did not formally pre-notify any customers that their pages would be changing because the new layout is being rolled out in several phases and the changes are minor. "However," she said, "when a customer logs in for the first time and sees the new layout, a light box will pop up to tell them that the page has changed and prepare them that it looks a bit different."
Buyers are now able to see when their purchases have been shipped and can track their progress, while sellers have access to shipping and tracking options from the History page or Account Overview page, and can also download transactions in text and Excel formats directly from the Account History page.
More information about the new layout is available on this PayPal page (don't log in to PayPal using this link).
