eBay, ProStores Experience Technical Issues over the Weekend

eBay experienced technical issues for more than 2 hours on Saturday evening. According to a post on its Systems Announcement Board, "Some members may be seeing certain site functions are intermittently not functioning correctly at this time." One AuctionBytes readers said she was unable to log-in, another said he got error messages when trying to access the site. He said eBay Live Help told him some servers were down and others gave error message. The problem was pronounced resolved, but eBay's announcement did not say whether any listings would be eligible for listing fee credits through its outage policy.

On Sunday, eBay announced that some sellers were unable to list multiple quantity Fixed Price and Store Inventory format listings through the Sell Your Item form.

eBay's ProStores hosting service also experienced technical issues over the weekend, according to its announcement board.
