CQout launched a new "Quick Launch Assistance" telephone service to help its PowerSellers get their bulk listings up and running quickly on the CQout online marketplace. When a new PowerSeller requests the Quick Launch Assistance service, a CQout support agents calls back the Seller within 24 hours and helps them through any issues they may have in uploading their inventory to the site.

CQout Managing Director Siamak Bashi said the marketplace has no listing fees. "Unlike eBay, CQout earns an income only when Sellers makes sales. And that means that our aims and incentives are aligned with those of the Seller right from the outset. So we do everything we can to get a seller off to a great start."

Bashi recommended sellers "don’t just dip in and out." He said, "Having a large number of listings, listed all of the time - you just never know when a fish will bite."

CQout calls itself the second largest UK auction site and says its user base is approximately 80% UK based, and 20% USA, Canada, Europe, and rest of the world, with users in over 60 different countries.
