RatePoint product reviews are now out of beta with expanded features and scalability for future updates. Merchants can let customers submit reviews and rate products with one to five stars along with detailed commentary. Potential customers reading product reviews can then rate the review as helpful or not, or report it as inappropriate. RatePoint says this offering for small businesses lets them proactively build and strengthen customer relationships.
