eBid released some site statistics, reporting that it has 2,440,108 live auctions 9,664 categories, and 8,287 eBid Stores. The auction site will be moving operations to a new Dallas data center, reporting a 250% improvement in page load times for US users and over 200% for the rest of the world in testing. eBid is also running a new system of uploading items to Google Products and told users to expect items to be showing within a couple of hours instead of days, and said they will be listed under seller's Store name or username instead of a generic "eBid.net."
