Alibaba Group's sixth annual ecommerce summit known as AliFest will take place in September in Hangzhou, China. AliFest will include the third APEC Business Advisory Council Small Business Summit and will feature a presentation from Alibaba Group's founder, Chairman and CEO Jack Ma, who will mark Alibaba's 10th anniversary and lay out his vision for the next decade of global ecommerce.
As part of AliFest, which takes place on September 11 and 12, Alibaba also will host a large-scale ecommerce trade fair on September 13. Tens of thousands of suppliers and buyers from both Taobao.com and Alibaba.com platforms will gather to advance their businesses and extend their trading networks.
