eBay is running a promotion from October 27 through November 15 in which sellers can list Auction-style and Fixed Price for a 5-cent Insertion Fee (in the form of a credit) when they donate part of their sale to their favorite nonprofit through eBay Giving Works. (The first 5 free auction listing waiver still applies.)
eBay recently lowered the minimum donation on Giving Works listings from $5 to $1 per successful listing (link). So for as little as $1 (or the donation percentage selected, whichever is greater), sellers can donate to their favorite nonprofit whenever they sell.
eBay said it would be encouraging buyers to look for eBay Giving Works sellers during the holidays
Some categories and types of listings are excluded. All other fees apply, see website for details and restrictions. (Link to announcement) Note that eBay states, "Credits will be reflected on your account by January, 2010."
