eBid founder Mark Wilkinson said he hadn't expected to reach the 3 millionth listing this year. "Maintaining this momentum is our target now and should be helped with the launch of our completely redesigned site which we will be launching in the next few weeks."
eBid also reached a record number of eBid Stores at 9,935 and told users it would announce a $4,000 prize soon for the 4 millionth auction. eBid.net was founded in 1999 and has a presence in 18 territories across the US and Canada, UK, Africa, Asia and Australasia.
