eBay extended a special promotion that lets sellers subscribe to an eBay Store or upgrade their current Store subscription and pay no additional subscription fees until April. eBay recently announced a radical change in its fee structure that gives certain advantages to sellers who have an eBay Store subscription.
eBay is also running a promotion for fixed price listings through March 29 available only to Store owners.
