Overstock.com reported financial results on Wednesday for fiscal year 2009 and the quarter ended December 31, 2009, reporting Net Income of $12.7m for Q4. Overstock hired a new auditor at the end of the fourth quarter and restated its FY 2008 and Q1, Q2 and Q3 2009 financial statements. The company said revenue for 2009 was $876.8M, up 6% from 2008's $829.9M; Gross profit was up 14% to $164.8M. Overstock.com saw fourth quarter revenue rise 27% to $322.4M vs. $253.8M in Q4 2008.
