eBay has opened its eBay Bucks reward program to all U.S. users effective August 3, 2010. eBay Bucks offers consumers 2% back on most items purchased through the site with PayPal. Each qualifying purchase will automatically earn eBay Bucks which accumulate during each calendar quarter, or every three months. An eBay Bucks certificate is then issued and consumers have 30 days to redeem their eBay Bucks towards purchases with PayPal on eBay.com.
The program limits users to earning up to $200 eBay Bucks on any single eBay purchase, and up to $500 eBay Bucks for all qualifying purchases during a given calendar quarter. The program is for transactions on eBay.com and for U.S. residents only. Qualifying purchases excludes all Classifieds, Business & Industrial Capital Equipment, Real Estate, and eBay Motors categories (except Parts & Accessories in eBay Motors, which will earn eBay Bucks).
