is a twice-monthly email newsletter containing contains Web-site reviews and techniques on
buying and selling online. The first issue was published on November 6, 1999.
AuctionBytes Newsflash is a daily email newsletter containing
online-auction news and industry announcements. The first issue was published on January
22, 2001.

of "Snappy Auction Photos: The Online Auction Seller's Guide to Digital
Photography" (AuctionBytes 2003) and is a weekly guest on "Calling All
Collectors" syndicated radio show. Founded in 1988, Steiner Associates LLC produced
videos for GE, Searle Pharmaceuticals, Healthwood, Owens-Corning and numerous broadcast

Ina Steiner
is editor of AuctionBytes.com, an independent trade publication for online merchants that
she co-founded in 1999. She is author of the AuctionBytes blog and was featured in the
