Steiner Associates publishes Buyers Market, an online "classified advertisement" section of the AuctionBytes Web site. Steiner Associates is not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers. As a result, Steiner Associates has no control over and makes no warranties about the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. Steiner Associates cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Steiner Associates, publisher of Buyers Market and AuctionBytes.com, reserves the right to decline any advertisement for any reason. Ads for multilevel marketing (MLM), adult sites and offensive sites are prohibited. Deceptive ads are prohibited.

Ads must conform to stated layout requirements and will be edited to fit if necessary. Advertising Rates are subject to change at any time for any reason.

You must be 18 or older to advertise in Buyers Market.

 In the event Steiner Associates introduces a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using Steiner Associates services and Buyers Market.

Descriptions for listings are limited to 1000 characters. These may include links to a seller's online auctions, storefronts or Web Site.

One image is allowed per ad. Advertisers may purchase more than one advertisement. Images may NOT be hotlinked to within the description field. Images uploaded to our servers cannot be linked to from any outside Site.

Steiner Associates reserves the right to remove a listing for any reason from Buyer's Market and ban policy offenders from using the Buyers Market. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.
