FAQs

Q: How do I open the file I downloaded?
A: Go to Windows Explorer, find the document, and double-click on the filename. If you have Acrobat Reader 4.x or higher installed on your computer, the file will open up.

Q: Why does the calendar appear sideways when I open it?
A: While you have the file open, simply click "View" and "Rotate Clockwise."

Q: When I print the calendar, the graphics don't look right.
A: If your text looks good on the screen, but not when you print, it is most likely the printer driver. Updated printer drivers are usually available from the printer manufacturer's web site. If you have tried updating your printer driver with no success, you can use "Print as image" in Acrobat's print dialog box before printing. This will send pixel data to the printer and will print much slower, but should print correctly.

If your text looks bad on screen, but prints normally, it is most likely your video card driver. Updated video drivers are usually available from your computer or video card manufacturer's web site.
