2.Where do you publish your return policy?

No refunds unless I did not describe the item correctly. Bidders need to ask all questions before bidding. I offer credit only unless I made a mistake in the description.

I handle this on a case by case basis, but in general my policy is to resolve to the customers satisfaction (unless I feel they're deliberately attempting to defraud)
