|
|
AuctionBytes is launching a TV network on the Internet on September 18th focusing on the online-auction and ecommerce industry.
The "AuctionBytes News in Review" program can be found on the AuctionBytes TV News Channel. The news show is produced twice a month and features news culled from the AuctionBytes Newsflash newsletter.
All programs can be watched on the Internet at http://www.auctionbytes.tv - a high-speed Internet connection is recommended.
If you have technical problems or questions, please post them here. (This is our first time hosting video, so please have patience and let us know how it's working for you.)
Likewise, if you have comments about the content of the show or about future programming, please post your thoughts here.
Thanks,
Ina and David Steiner

| Wow, Ina you just blew me away. That is just fantastic. Aside from the incredibly slick production, you are quite a presence on camera. No doubt you should have your own national TV program or be the anchor for a tech news hours! Great work. |

What a cool addition to the site, utmost respect for 'outside the box' approach to developing the site.

Just one comment: the title that is displayed in any browser's chome is "tv".
That's hardly sufficient if I want to include this site in a list of favorites.
Do you think someone could talk to the web designers about standards, SEO, and some quality assurance?
Thanks! |

Good point, when I added it to my favorites (bookmarks), I manually typed in AuctionBytes before TV, but it should come up automatically.
This is just the kind of comment we're looking for to help us improve the user experience, thanks!
Thanks for everybody's comments, we're pretty excited to be doing video. Comments about marketing, content and technology all welcome!
FYI, I expect our next News in Review to come out late next week or early the following week. We're planning to do them twice a month. _________________ Ina Steiner, AuctionBytes.com |

Thanks kahml, I fixed that. There will be a few more changes coming to the AB-TV pages in the coming weeks.
