I think if your products attract more experience snipers than inexperience buyer(who don't use sniper), auction ends lower. If your products attracts more inexperience buyers than snipers, it ends higher. So encourage your customers to use sniper program, now you have all snipers competing for your products which will ends at market price. If you cannot eliminate it, then encourage it, so nobody has advantage over other buyer. I encourage my customers to use sniper since I cannot tell them not to use it.
