Somebody from Nigeria who somehow got registered in The United States keeps buying my items. I keep reporting it to ebay but they have not taken the money off for the final value percentage that I have to pay them. How can I stop this immediately... Trust and safety takes forever to respond and this guy keeps on doing buy it nows and writing this bogus email saying hes from the UK but needs the item delivered to his son in Nigeria. The guys ebay name is kbork10. I feel like that if I report him again he will keep on bidding. What should I do???? Thanks in advnace.

Block him from bidding on your auctions
http://cgi1.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?bidderblocklogin

Remove him from any auctions he's bid on by going to the bid list while logged in and selecting the "cancel bids" option at the bottom of the bid list.

Just so you know, if he bids after you've removed him, that's a suspendible infraction.

Report him here:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/index_selection.html
(go to Selling and managing, then problem with buyers, then harassing or preventing sale).

In the future, you should limit your buyers under seller preferences to only alllow bidders from countries you approve - and make sure you put some limits on that list. I use all the restrictions.

Hope that helps!

thank you for your reply, I am starting to do this right now. The problem is he registered with a new name right after. I reported the second name also. I also set up buyer requirements as well.

now ebay put a selling limit onto my account. This is the second time they did this. Why would they do it again when I did nothing wrong.. Ebay seems more of a hassle than anything else.
