1st Class
 13 oz. or less. 33 cents for 1st oz., 22 cents each additional oz. Postcard = 20 cents.

Priority Mail
2 day service to most destinations (not guaranteed). 70 lbs. or less and 108" or less  in combined  length & girth. Up to 2 lbs. = $3.20.

Express Mail
Next day delivery to most destinations. Must use Express Mail label.  70 lbs. or less  and 108" or less in combined length & girth. Up to 8 oz. = $11.75 (Express Mail flat-rate envelope = $15.75) over 8 oz. up to 2 lbs. = $15.75.)

Parcel Post
Books, catalogs, printed matter – rates are based on weight & zone.

 Special Standard Mail (Book Rate)
Rates start at not over 1 lb. = $1.13, not over 2 lbs. = $1.58.
Note: the post office provides free Priority Mail and Express Mail envelopes, labels &  boxes! Take advantage of  these FREE mailing supplies! International Mail

 There are several ways to send mail overseas:
Global Priority (3-5 days), Express Mail (2-3 days), Air Mail (4-7 days), and Surface Mail  (4-6 weeks).  You will need to fill out customs forms as well as follow  guidelines  for packaging.  Since there are so many factors that determine pricing we suggest you  visit http://ircalc.usps.gov for an international rate calculator.

Addressing Packages to Foreign Countries
Visit the Universal Postal Union Web site at http://www.upu.int,  click on "Postal Addresses" then click on "Postal Addressing Systems."  Select a country and Click on EN for English-language explanation. It will give you a model address.
